Tim Orling 64f6b5193a python3: upgrade 3.8.9 -> 3.8.10
Release Date: May 3, 2021

This is the tenth and final regular maintenance release of Python 3.8

Note: The release you're looking at is Python 3.8.10, a bugfix release for the
legacy 3.8 series. Python 3.9 is now the latest feature release series of
Python 3.

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
