Konrad Weihmann 6ec2230291 cve-check: add lockfile to task
this should prevent running into the very rare error
sqlite3.OperationalError: attempt to write a readonly database

As highlighted by https://www.sqlite.org/faq.html#q5
it is likely that the adapter won't allow use multiple exec calls
at the same time.

So it's best to prevent multiple accesses at a time, by reusing
the already in place CVE_CHECK_DB_FILE_LOCK

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
