Jan-Simon Möller c7bcc06ce7 reproducible_builds: SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH should not be 0
A SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH of 0 might be misinterpreted by namely rpm as no SDE.

 e.g.:
 char *srcdate = getenv(SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH);
 if (srcdate && rpmExpandNumeric(%{?clamp_mtime_to_source_date_epoch}))

Solve this by:
- providing a SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH_FALLBACK variable != 0
- changing defaults to use it
- using SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH_FALLBACK also when reading 0 out of sstate-cache

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
