Paul Eggleton b8a3fb2f63 README: fix DISTRO = "" reference ...

DISTRO should be set to "nodistro" for distro-less configurations since
empty string results in empty items ending up in OVERRIDES leading to
unexpected behaviour with FILESPATH.
