Revert "hackbench: add Linux scheduler benchmark recipe"

hackbench is a part of the rt-tests suite which has the recipe in
OE-Core since prehistoric times. Revert the commit 1e0d296bda
("hackbench: add Linux scheduler benchmark recipe") which duplicated a
part of OE-Core recipe.
