Remove ${RECIPE_SYSROOT} path from ${B}/config.h to fix the QA warning:
WARNING: gphoto2-2.5.28-r0 do_package_qa: QA Issue: File /usr/bin/gphoto2 in package gphoto2 contains reference to TMPDIR [buildpaths]
