ldns implements GOST exclusively through the OpenSSL ENGINE API, which was
removed in OpenSSL 4.0

USE_GOST gets defined because configure probes for a
working GOST engine using AC_RUN_IFELSE, which cannot run when cross
compiling and therefore falls back to "maybe", which is treated as success.
Pass --disable-gost since the feature cannot work at all without ENGINE
support.

hackbench is a part of the rt-tests suite which has the recipe in
OE-Core since prehistoric times. Revert the commit 1e0d296bda
("hackbench: add Linux scheduler benchmark recipe") which duplicated a
part of OE-Core recipe.

OE-Core since prehistoric times. Revert the commit 1253fb8431
("cyclictest: add real-time latency measurement recipe") which
duplicated a part of OE-Core recipe.

Both python3-pillow and python3-pypng are optional, make them
PACKAGECONFIG entries and enable both so that the default stays the
same. Drop python3-six which was removed in 4d80a78 ("Remove six").

Upgrade to release 3.12.0:
- Serialization implementation substantially rewritten.
- Publish PyPI wheels for Python 3.15. For Python 3.15 and later,
manylinux_2_39 (2024) is targeted instead of manylinux_2_17 (2012).
- No longer publish PyPI wheels for ppc64le and s390x.

configgen.py writes the absolute path of config.xml into the header of
every file it generates, so generated_src/configvalues.h, which is
shipped in the doxygen-src package, carries the recipe build directory:

On builders whose HOME is a parent of the build tree the same file e.g.
yocto autobuilder, also trips the build-host HOME variant of the check.
flex leaks the path of the lex file the same way: it emits a #line
directive for the %top{} block even when called with --noline, and
post_lex.py rewrites it to the absolute path of the original .l file.
Those .cpp files are not shipped today, but the leak is the same one.
Strip ${B}/ and ${S}/ from everything under generated_src/ during
do_install, before do_package picks the sources up, so the references
become relative.

test_report_header defines an inline conftest.py using the
pytest_report_header(startdir) hook signature; newer pytest pluggy
hook-signature validation rejects "startdir" (renamed to start_path
long ago), so the nested pytest subprocess it spawns exits with
PluginValidationError/INTERNAL_ERROR, and the outer assert
result.ret == 0 fails. Version-skew in pytest-sugars own test suite,
not a runtime bug.

test_marker_function/_and_fixture/_class/_module use the "testdir"
fixture, provided by pytest builtin pytester plugin. That plugin is
not autoloaded; upstream pyproject.toml sets addopts = "-p pytester"
but that file is not shipped into the ptest tree, so the fixture is
unavailable and these 4 tests error out (fixture testdir not found).
Pass -p pytester directly in run-ptest.
