Ryan Eatmon 656c7b9cc4 u-boot-*: Change openssl fix to build option 
Rather than carrying multiple patches for the same fix for all of the
u-boot versions, we should copy the meta-arm solution [1] of just adding
a build option to turn on the engine stubs.

Ryan Eatmon c909da414d libclc: Rollback to 22.1.8 
Given that we are only including libclc for our mesa-pvr recipes, we

Ryan Eatmon 9cc77b806f mesa-pvr: Remove makedepend dependency 
Commit 7e696b1fa0 ("makedepend: remove recipe") removed the recipe from
oe-core. Makedepend was removed from mesa already in version 9.1.

Follow oe-core and remove the makedepend dependency from mesa-pvr.

Ryan Eatmon 9779e3b6c4 linux-ti-staging-rt_6.18: Add ARM32 RT branch 
While all ARM64 devices use the same branch for RT and non-RT builds,
the ARM32 devices have a separate branch for RT Kernel which is
"ti-rt-linux-6.18.y-arm32". Update the BRANCH, SRCREV and PV for ARM32
devices for RT builds.

Ryan Eatmon de61ea2610 libclc: Import from removed oe-core recipe 
A recent change in oe-core [1] has removed the libclc recipe, but our
mesa-pvr recipes all depend on this recipe.  Import the final version of
the libclc recipe until we no longer need it.

Ryan Eatmon 2d941b33e8 u-boot: fix pylibfdt build with swig 4.5.0 
A recent change in oe-core [1] updated the version of SWIG which caused
a build error in u-boot.  This was fixed by adding a patch [2] in
oe-core for u-boot which we are copying into our u-boot recipes as well.

Denys Dmytriyenko (TI) 2db87cfca8 weston: update bbappend for version 16.0.x 
OE-Core updated weston to version 16.0.0 in master [1]

Our bbappend applied 2 patches to version 15.0.x and those
need to be updated for version 16.0.0 accordingly.

Patch 1 updated to remove fuzz.
Patch 2 removed as it was accepted upstream.

Denys Dmytriyenko (TI) b2c5a3d2e6 kernel_legacyhs: fix building/installing DTBs 
A recent change in OE-Core kernel-devicetree.bbclass [1] changed appending
code for devicetree from exported do_*() functions to :append to their
unexported kernel_do_*() variant. But our copy of kernel_legacyhs.bbclass
doesn't define those, using kernel_legacyhs_do_*() names instead, due to
how function exporting works using the class name as a prefix.

In order to unreak devicetree building/installing, we need to provide
empty stubs for kernel_do_*() functions for the :append to work and
then call then at the end of our respective kernel_legacyhs_do_*()
functions.

Ryan Eatmon 687644a385 meta-ti-test: Add commercial_mpv license to LICENSE_FLAGS_ACCEPTED 
A change in meta-openembedded [1] has propagated the ffmpeg commercial
license setting through into mpv (which depends on ffmpeg).  This means
we need to add commercial_mpv to the list as well.

Ryan Eatmon fa8ce703f7 packagegroup-ti-core-initramfs: Move the inclusion of initramfs-module-netsetup 
The list of what modules are required for the initramfs has changed as
of 7.1.  The CPSW driver is no longer built into the kernel and is
required to be built as a module and included in the initramfs for all K3
boards.

While the existing solution for including initramfs-module-netsetup was
fine, it did not trigger the building of initramfs for all k3 platforms.
It would just include it if the ti-core-initramfs was built.

This change tells the system to build and include the needed packages
for all k3 and makes sure that the ti-core-initramfs is built for all of
them.

Ryan Eatmon 32a04547b2 recipes: Convert to SPDX license strings 
Converts all LICENSE strings to SPDX licenses expressions

Rename Stream-Benchmark-License to replace underscores with dashes,

Rasmus Villemoes e777ff4684 mesa-pvr: correct INSANE_SKIP for mesa-megadriver 
In the original file this was copied from, $PN == mesa. But in this
context, $PN == mesa-pvr, while the PACKAGES and FILES logic still

Ryan Eatmon 62594323aa ti-kernel-fitimage: Fix for FIT_CONF_DEFAULT_DTB changes 
Two oe-core changes [1] and [2], have introduced a change in how the
kernel-fit-image class generates the entries as related to
KERNEL_DTBVENDORED.

[1] Corrected the support for KERNEL_DTBVENDORED when generating the
entries.  But this broke our TI settings and caused build falures
because we suddenly had double ti_ti_ entries for the default.

[2] Adds support for KERNEL_DTBVENDORED when figuring out the value
for FIT_CONF_DEFAULT_DTB when building the fit-image.itd file.

With both of these we can drop our custom setting of FIT_CONF_PREFIX and
update the values for FIT_CONF_DEFAULT_DTB to match the same strings
that go into KERNEL_DEVICETREE.

Ryan Eatmon 7874e90585 ti-core-initramfs: Decrease IMAGE_OVERHEAD_FACTOR 
A recent change in oe-core [1] in the shared-mime-info package has
increased the amount of space that the mime data takes up.  It is a very
small amount, so we are going to tweak the IMAGE_OVERHEAD_FACTOR to
allow the builds to not error out with the initramfs being "too big".

Andrew Davis 4af73b5a88 ti-rpmsg-char: Update to latest with CMake support 
This project now uses CMake. This allows us to cleanup this recipe in 3
ways:

 - Remove patch for includedir and libdir as CMake handles this correctly
 - Combine in the in the examples recipe, CMake builds the examples along
   with the library in one step.
 - As there is now only one recipe, merge the .inc into the one .bb file
